The day we have all been waiting for is here!  Is everyone ready to join the Mr Motivator Workout Challenge to raise much needed funds for some incredible brain tumour charities.

If you were unable to make the 6:30pm live workout, you can use this link to complete your daily dozen workout at a time that is more convenient for you.

Day two

Today is all about stretching and getting in the groove for the workouts ahead; limber up, get yourself ready and ease your way into these brilliant workouts put together by the fabulous Mr Motivator and his wife, Palmer. Day three

Day four

Day five

Halfway there!  You got this, you should be feeling energised now, you are moving more and hopefully feeling fantastic, work that body and keep sharing your workout images and JustGiving link with your network, donations will come in when they see how hard you are working!
